If You Don't Want To Die / Don't be born

We all loved City of God right? Well in that vein of innovative foreign films comes Johnny Mad Dog. A French Liberian film about child soldiers fighting in a war in an unnamed African country. I saw it at the BFI Film festival and doubt it will be released in your local multiplex but I plead with you to seek it out as it is a story that deserves to be heard. I am pretty sure that the producer Mathieu Kassovitz (French director of the classic La Haine) made Babylon A.D. (which even he thinks is crap) to finance this provocative, challenging and brutal film.
